Information you give us. When you request our free seller guide or buyer guide, the form asks for:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your consent, by checking the box on the form

If you call, text, or email us, we also receive the contact details and anything you include in your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data such as your browser type, device, approximate location, pages visited, and your IP address. This helps us understand how the site is used.

• To send you the guide you requested.
• To respond to your questions and provide real estate services you ask for.
• To follow up with you about buying or selling a home. You can tell us to stop at any time.

Where your form submissions go

When you submit a form on this website:

• The form is handled by the Fluent Forms plugin on our WordPress site.
• A copy is sent by email to Matthias Sterzer. These emails are sent through our web hosting provider, EasyWP.
• A copy is also sent to Matthias’s RealOffice360 address, so your contact details are added to RealOffice360, the customer relationship management (CRM) system he uses to keep track of clients and follow-ups.
• Fluent Forms also keeps a copy of each submission in this website’s WordPress database.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, connected through Google Site Kit, to measure traffic and see which pages are useful. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data such as pages visited and time on site.
